Roadstar Caravans is a proudly Australian, family-owned business with over 50 years in the industry. As a medium-sized team, we work closely and collaboratively to deliver premium craftsmanship and exceptional service—both during the sales process and long after handover. We’re looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and help us uphold the high standard of care we’re known for.

About the Role

This is more than just a support role, it’s a chance to grow your career, learn our premium product range, and work closely with customers from initial enquiry to after-sales support.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales Manager and play a key role in managing and nurturing relationships across every touchpoint of the customer journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

Making and receiving inbound/outbound calls

Following up leads and enquiries

Updating customers on their build progress and timelines

Preparing contracts, invoices, and production orders

Assisting with colour consultations and showroom visits

Managing warranty claims and after-sales support

Building and managing relationships via our CRM system

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service

Can-do, positive attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Someone who enjoys helping others and solving problems

Process-driven, with strong attention to detail

Team player

Passionate about the outdoors, travel, or camping is a bonus!

Willing to learn and grow into a sales-focused role

Experience in caravans, automotive, or customer service roles will be highly regarded.
