The Role
This role will suit someone who has proven experience working in a busy and dynamic role, with a strong administration background and experience working with a variety of working styles and individuals.
Our client is looking for a highly organised individual to support one of their Senior BDM's.
A leading privately owned non-bank lender, specialising in finance solutions, providing funding from 1M to $50M plus. They are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic worker, to join their friendly team.

Due to the uniqueness of the role, full training will be given, but will require the successful candidate to have proven experience working in a fast environment, comfortable working under pressure. Our client is seeking an individual with an administration background, ideally in a corporate environment.
The Responsibilities
Will include but are not limited to:
- Provide support to a busy Senior BDM.
- Work in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
- Update and input all relevant information into Salesforce.
- Ensure all information is accurately captured to be in line with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation and client paperwork.
- Streamline processes to ensure you BDM is able to concentrate fully on their own role.
- Manage checklist items.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide adhoc support to wider BDM's if required.
- Answer incoming calls on occasion as required.

- Able to work with different working styles and personalities.
- Excellent at prioritising and time management skills.
- Able to remain calm under pressure in busy periods.
- Enjoy working with both a team and autonomously.
- Adaptable, able to support your time poor BDM to ensure they are able to focus on their day to day tasks.
