We’re seeking a field and office based sales professional to grow new business and support existing accounts in the roofing and building materials industry. You’ll serve as the primary contact for contractors, providing product expertise, service coordination, and strategic support.

Key Duties

Execute a targeted sales plan

Prospect and close new customers

Provide product education and promotional support

Coordinate closely with warehouse and delivery teams

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with company growth targets

Build and maintain relationships with roofing contractors, project managers, and purchasing agents

Prospect new customers through cold calling, site visits, and networking

Provide accurate quotes, follow up on bids, and close sales

Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely deliveries

Stay informed on new products, market trends, and competitor activity

Attend trade shows and local contractor events

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Sales and Retail Manager or Company Director

Works closely with: Warehouse Managers, Customer Service Reps, and Product Specialists

May eventually supervise: Sales Assistants or Junior Reps
