At Royal Far West, we believe that where a child lives shouldn’t determine the quality of care they receive. We support children in rural and remote communities across Australia who need developmental, behavioural, and mental health services they can’t access locally.
Based at our stunning beachside offices in Manly, our small but mighty fundraising team is expanding – and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Acquisition Coordinator to help grow our individual donor base and build long-term support for our life-changing work.
About the Role
Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, the Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in delivering multichannel campaigns that attract new regular and one-off donors. From face-to-face and telemarketing to digital, direct mail and Giving Day events, you’ll help plan, coordinate and optimise campaigns that connect with new supporters and bring our mission to life.
You’ll work closely with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing campaign logistics, tracking KPIs, preparing data briefs, and supporting donor onboarding journeys. You’ll also help ensure that new donors feel welcomed, valued and inspired to stay connected.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career fundraiser or marketer with campaign coordination experience who’s ready to step into a hands-on role with purpose, autonomy and variety.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of donor acquisition campaigns across F2F, telemarketing, direct mail and digital
• Manage supplier relationships, oversee timelines, and track performance metrics
• Brief and review creative assets for donor-facing communications
• Collaborate on donor onboarding journeys and new supporter welcome experiences
• Assist with Giving Day planning and execution
• Work with data and digital teams to monitor conversion pipelines and optimise donation forms
• Support early retention efforts for new regular givers (first 12 months)
What You’ll Bring
• 1–3 years’ experience in fundraising, regular giving, direct marketing, donor care or campaign coordination
• Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and love for working in a collaborative environment
• A strong attention to detail and an interest in data-driven decision making
• A genuine desire to use your skills to make a difference for children and families

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE
- Min 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the charity a charity fundraising team
- Familiarity with Regular Giving sand Single/Cash GivingIG acquisition methods
- Ability to think creatively to diversify Individual Giving Acquisition channels
- Bubbly, outgoing and confident personality with a positive approach to problem solving
- High level of communication and relationship skills
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy, coupled with strong administrative skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Experience using Salesforce, Raisers Edge or similar CRM
- Competent user of MS Office and Email Marketing Software
