As an Account Manager at Factor, you’ll play a critical role in building, managing, and growing relationships with both our executive network members and vendor partners. You will be responsible for driving the uptake and satisfaction of Factor’s digital services (including our Platform and Panelist Applications) as well as cultivating new business opportunities within your assigned portfolio.
You will manage end-to-end sales activities — from prospecting and pitching to onboarding, relationship nurturing, and account retention — while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding experience for clients.
This role is perfect for someone who is strategic, relationship-driven, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering value in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing executive and vendor clients, identifying new opportunities to expand engagement across Factor’s platform and services.
Actively prospect new client businesses using trade directories, referrals, and other lead generation methods aligned with Factor’s market focus.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify needs, and surface new sales opportunities.
Promote Factor’s digital tools, event solutions, content services, and network membership to existing and prospective clients.
Sales Process & Negotiation
Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of Factor’s service offerings, competitor landscape, and evolving market trends.
Assess client needs and tailor proposals that highlight how Factor’s solutions deliver value to their strategic priorities.
Prepare, coordinate, and present tailored sales proposals, responses to tenders, and strategic partnership presentations.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close agreements that drive sustainable growth and client success.
Client Enablement & Delivery Coordination
Arrange delivery and onboarding of services, coordinating across internal Experience and Product teams.
Facilitate client use of the Factor Platform and Panelist Applications, ensuring a smooth user experience from first login through ongoing engagement.
Manage post-sales support activities, ensuring any client issues, customisations, or feedback are addressed promptly and effectively.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, contract status, client engagement history, and business development efforts.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to the leadership team.
Track and report on expenses incurred in the course of business development and client management activities.
