Shape the journey from first click to booked call
We’re looking for a Funnel Builder & Conversion Specialist to design and optimise high-converting funnels across all inbound channels including paid, organic, webinars and social. In this role, you’ll own the entire pre-sales journey, making sure every lead has a seamless, persuasive path from first click to booked call. That includes mapping flows, building landing pages, creating automations, refining booking forms and crafting nurture sequences that convert.
You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to maximise conversion rates, improve lead quality and unlock new revenue opportunities. You should be confident designing offers that cut through and know how to pair them with funnel structures that turn attention into action.
Key responsibilities:
Funnel architecture and flow design
Map user journeys from first click, lead magnet or webinar through to booked call and post-submission engagement
Build and maintain landing pages, opt-in forms, lead magnets and thank-you pages using tools like ClickFunnels, Webflow or HubSpot
Design and optimise booking flows, qualification forms and handover logic to sales and onboarding
Email marketing and nurture sequences
Write or coordinate email nurture sequences and retargeting flows that build trust and convert leads
Integrate short-form video (e.g. testimonials, founder explainers) into emails and funnel stages to boost engagement
Work with the HubSpot specialist to ensure tracking, attribution and KPI reporting on opens, clicks and conversions
Conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
Run A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs and forms to improve conversion performance
Use heatmaps, session recordings and behavioural analytics to remove friction and improve UX
Recommend and implement funnel tools or automations that match campaign needs
Lead quality, scoring and post-call optimisation
Set up lead scoring, qualification filters and smart routing to improve booked call quality
Analyse CRM data and post-call insights to refine targeting and improve MQL-to-provider conversion
Ensure funnels meet accessibility and communication standards for NDIS-aligned audiences
Collaboration and cross-functional alignment
Align funnel design with the performance marketing and social media teams to match traffic intent
Partner with sales and service delivery to launch upsell, reactivation and retention flows
Champion data-driven decision making and conversion-focused design across the team
You’ll be accountable for
All major campaigns having live, tested funnels with tracked nurture flows and CRM integration
Increasing lead-to-booked call conversion rates month-on-month
Improving MQL quality (fit, show rate, engagement) quarter-on-quarter
Launching at least one upsell, reactivation or retention funnel per quarter
Meeting funnel email performance benchmarks (open and click-through rates)
Delivering weekly conversion reports and actionable insights to the CEO
Continuously improving LTV through better segmentation, automation and funnel design
About you
3+ years’ experience in funnel building, CRO or marketing automation
Comfortable designing nurturing flows, landing pages, opt-in forms and qualification paths using tools like HubSpot, ClickFunnels or Webflow
Strong grasp of buyer psychology and user experience principles
Skilled in audience segmentation and tailoring messaging, offers and flows based on attributes like service type, stage of awareness or business goals, making leads feel seen, understood and motivated to act
Data driven thinker who optimises through testing, not guesswork
Able to manage multiple conversion paths and touchpoints at once
Excellent communicator who can collaborate across marketing, sales and operations
Familiar with HubSpot, lead scoring and the levers that drive MQL-to-provider conversion
Creative and resourceful when it comes to solving funnel friction
Based in Australia with full Australian working rights
Bonus points if you have
Experience working with or for NDIS, health or compliance-aligned organisations
Strong copywriting skills for landing pages and email nurture content
Familiarity with user research tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg or FullStory
A track record of lifting conversion rates through testing, segmentation or automation
Experience designing monetisation flows such as upsell pages, win-back funnels or referral flows
