About the Role
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you’ll be the go-to contact for clients onboarding to DappleCRM. You’ll support the Customer Success team with onboarding milestones, keep data tidy and up to date, and ensure each clinic feels confident and cared for at every step. You’ll work across multiple projects and client accounts, blending customer service, operations, and project coordination.
What You’ll Do
Answer emails, live chat and phone calls about onboarding, next steps, and product support.
Keep our CRM and project tools up to date with accurate, real-time data.
Help execute project tasks aligned to key dates in the implementation plan.
Communicate clearly with client organisations and internal teams.
Coordinate and plan user acceptance testing (UAT) with guidance.
Provide on-site go-live support (occasionally, with the Customer Success Manager).
Maintain a high bar for service quality and client satisfaction.
Nice to Have
A thoughtful, analytical mindset — you love asking “why?”
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
Familiarity with Hubspot and Notion
Experience working with healthcare or cosmetic/aesthetic clients.
Clear communicator who can summarise updates and outcomes for internal stakeholders.
