This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable organisation within the Interior Design industry in a fast paced and high-energy role. As the Internal Sales Specialist you will play a crucial part in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

Proactively manage and nurture incoming leads and enquiries to drive conversion into live briefs

Build upon existing client relationships and ensure conversations are solutions focused and client needs are clearly understood

Build an exemplary understanding of the businesses services and articulate these benefits to clients in a consultative way

Collaborate with the wider team to identify and capitalise on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities

Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activity

Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and best practices

Skills and expereince

Previous experience in a sales or customer success role, ideally within a professional services or recruitment environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a solutions-focused approach

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales-enabling technologies

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
