Lead our performance marketing engine
We’re looking for a part-time performance marketing specialist with proven experience in Google, Meta, and YouTube Ads to help us scale high-quality B2B lead generation. In this role, you’ll build, optimise and monitor performance campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), working closely with the Growth team to ensure we hit our MQL and CAC targets each month.
You’ll be joining a results-focused, agile marketing function and will have direct access to leadership to implement strategy, share insights and take full ownership of performance outcomes. Key responsibilities:
Campaign management and execution
Build, manage and optimise Google Search, Display, YouTube and Meta campaigns to drive high-volume lead generation
Implement new creatives, audience strategies and bidding models
Collaborate with the funnel builder and social team to align strategy and attribution
Performance monitoring and reporting
Monitor daily campaign metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, MQL volume and lead quality
Track and report CAC, LTV and MQL insights using BI tools
Deliver weekly reports every Monday with performance breakdowns and optimisation insights
Creative and experimentation
Launch A/B tests across headlines, copy, creatives, audiences and landing pages
Share learnings and test outcomes with the team to inform future iterations
Continuously improve lead quality and CVR through data-led experimentation
Data and compliance
Optimise budget allocation using BI tools (e.g. Domo, Metabase, Power BI)
Ensure compliance with platform policies and advertising regulations
Stay ahead of the curve on platform changes, algorithm shifts and feature rollouts
You’ll be accountable for
Meeting or exceeding monthly ROAS, CAC and MQL targets
Ensuring 100% uptime of active ads (no inactive or overspending campaigns)
Delivering weekly reports on time (every Monday)
Running a minimum of two A/B tests per month across ads or landing pages
Driving quarter-on-quarter improvement in lead quality and conversion rate
About you
2+ years’ experience running paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and YouTube
Proven success improving ROI and lead performance in B2B environments
Solid knowledge of performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, MQL, LTV
Proficient in BI and analytics platforms (e.g. Domo, Metabase, Power BI)
Strong understanding of A/B testing and CRO principles
Excellent communicator, collaborator and strategic thinker
Able to think creatively and adapt strategies in an evolving digital landscape, including the rise of AI-driven search and changing attribution environments
Bonus points if you have
Experience working in or around NDIS, healthcare or compliance-heavy industries
Copywriting skills or ad creative experience that helps campaigns stand out
Experience with landing page builders or CRO platforms
A proactive mindset when it comes to identifying and testing new performance channels (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, native, Reddit Ads or emerging platforms) to drive incremental growth and diversify lead acquisition
