Riverina Fresh is on the lookout for a Sales Manager to lead our Victorian field team and take our product range deeper into the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channel!

As the Sales Manager - Victoria, you’ll be hands-on in leading and growing our Victorian customer base. You’ll drive strategy and execution, mentor your team, and engage directly with key customers and prospects to elevate our footprint in the market.

You’ll also play a crucial role in building and nurturing lasting relationships with champion baristas, café owners, roasters and coffee influencers across the café, restaurant, and hospitality sectors. You’ll be a visible, respected leader in the coffee community - actively supporting events, collaborations, and partnerships that align our brand with industry excellence.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Execute the Victorian HORECA sales strategy, focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Develop tailored sales plans that highlight our award-winning milk’s performance in coffee and foodservice applications.

Lead from the front—prospect and secure new business, build strong relationships, and close high-value deals.

Inspire and coach your sales team to achieve and exceed targets, fostering a high-performance culture.

Represent Riverina Fresh at industry events, trade shows, coffee festivals, and barista competitions.

Cultivate and champion relationships with industry leaders - from top-tier baristas and café operators, Coffee roasters, key influencers and independent retailers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and supply chain to ensure seamless service.

Deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights.

What we are looking for:

5+ years in foodservice or FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.

A deep passion for coffee and strong familiarity with café culture and its commercial dynamics.

Proven ability to win new business and scale existing customer accounts.

A genuine interest in the coffee industry and credibility with industry professionals and tastemakers.

Demonstrable experience with the dynamics of owner-operated stores, independent supermarkets, and specialty food retailers to create tailored activations, trade support, and strong in-store execution.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.

Experience using CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics), sales performance systems, and Ordermentum.

Analytical, proactive, and adaptable ethos in fast-moving environments.
