About the role
As a Sales Manager at Geonet Properties & Finance Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and revenue generation. Based in Melbourne, this full-time role will see you managing a team of experienced sales professionals and overseeing all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to client acquisition and retention.
What you'll be doing
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to expand the company's market share
Analyse sales data and industry trends to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
Foster strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers to drive new business
Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the real estate & property investment industry
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a sales team
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and action plans
Proficient in using sales management software and data analysis tools
Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or a related field is desirable
