Join Our Team as a Global Sales Operations Manager
Revelation Software Concepts is seeking a hands-on and data-driven Global Sales Operations Manager to join our team at our Forest Hill HQ. This is a new role, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in building out many of the ongoing roles and responsibilities based on their previous experience and success from past roles. The focus will be on Sales and Consulting Revenue Operations and Optimisation, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce administration, ABM strategy, process optimisation, and performance analytics to support our growth across the US, EMEA, and other regions.
This role will act as the engine room of our sales organisation—owning the systems, tools, and data that enable our sales teams to perform at their best. You will play a critical role in identifying inefficiencies in the sales and consulting processes, rebuilding workflows in Salesforce, enhancing data visibility, and designing targeted training or automation initiatives to improve sales productivity, consulting performance, and revenue outcomes. Occasional late nights and early mornings will be required to support regional teams.
Role Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to create scalable sales enablement programs and optimize sales and consulting operations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring sales and consulting teams have the necessary training, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Some key responsibilities will include:
CRM Ownership & Process Design
Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing configuration, workflow automation, system updates, and user support.
Rebuild and optimise Salesforce workflows, lead routing, pipeline stages, and opportunity management frameworks.
Audit existing CRM structures to ensure data cleanliness, standardisation, and reporting accuracy.
Sales and Consulting Performance & Analytics
Build and maintain dynamic Salesforce dashboards and reporting tools to track sales productivity, consulting performance, funnel performance, and KPI attainment.
Analyse sales and consulting data to uncover inefficiencies, performance trends, and improvement opportunities across the sales funnel and consulting projects.
Provide data-driven insights to sales and consulting leaders that inform strategy, coaching, and forecasting.
Integrate and execute ABM strategy using our platform 6sense—leveraging intent data to prioritise high-value accounts, align with marketing on messaging and target lists, and measure campaign effectiveness and pipeline contribution across key regions.
Operational Efficiency
Identify and implement scalable improvements across the sales and consulting processes—from lead acquisition to deal closure and project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, customer success) to align systems and workflows.
Recommend and implement new tools, tech integrations, and automation strategies that drive sales and consulting efficiency.
Enablement & Training
Partner with the Managing Director to design onboarding programs and process documentation that improve time-to-ramp for new hires.
Deliver system and process training sessions, ensuring reps fully utilise Salesforce and other sales tools.
Maintain a centralised repository of playbooks, process guides, and enablement resources.
Internal Customers
Work closely with Regional Sales Directors, Head of Finance, Head of Customer Success, and Head of Marketing to ensure their needs are met and processes are aligned.
Act as a liaison to gather feedback and implement improvements that benefit all internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce administration, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or B2B environments.
Salesforce Administrator Experience is mandatory; advanced Salesforce skills in building reports, workflows, and automations are essential.
Demonstrated experience executing and optimising ABM strategy (6sense experience highly regarded)
Proven experience designing and optimising sales and consulting processes and systems.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Effective communicator with the ability to influence process adoption and tool utilisation.
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex operational challenges.
Role/Organisational Requirements:
As an international business there is sometimes a need to work outside of standard business hours
Depending on career progression, there may be opportunities to travel
This is an office-based role in Forest Hill (Vic)
There is some flexibility to work from home
