What we are looking for?
Our client is after an experienced and talented New Vehicle Sales Manager to take the lead and develop of our New Vehicle operation and team members.
Candidates who are highly motivated with amazing attitude, energy and drive to succeed with a focus on exceeding the expectations of management, shareholders and their valued customers within a friendly, fun fast paced environment.
We are seeking in hiring a full-time New Vehicle Sales Manager to fulfill the needs of our customers across Jeep and SsangYong.
About the Role:
As part of our exceptional management team, you will assist their group, offering direction and strategy, while driving your team in providing a "best in town experience" within our fast-paced, high performing, cohesive team environment.
As the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the business’ success and the satisfaction of our clients. Your role will require you to provide our clients the best and most suitable vehicle for their needs. You will be responsible in driving and motivating your team for success in achieving and exceeding targets and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Profit Optimisation of key revenue streams
Understanding the OEM and the business purpose and vision
Ability to achieve and exceed internal targets, Manufacturer expectations and KPI's
Disciplined Management of Inventory and stock turn
Maintain high Data & Administration reporting standards
Providing the ultimate customer experience
Cultivate a culture of empowered and engaged staff
Sales planning and prospect management system
Leading and overall management of your sales team
Training and development of the staff you manage
Ensuring an innovative vehicle sales process
Providing exceptional product and service knowledge to our customers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brand, it's products and services
Strong collaboration with Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket departments to ensure overall business success.
About You:

You will ideally possess:
3 years experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager.
A track record of high performance in the new vehicle arena.
Capacity to manage and drive teamwork.
Operate with a high level of integrity.
Having a personal commitment to success.
Able to implement and maintain change in a busy environment.
Able to support and assist the pre-owned, finance and aftermarket departments.
Meet KPI's for customer service and sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong sales and organisational skills.
