National Sales Manager – Australia (Melbourne Based)

We’re proud to be partnering with a well-established New Zealand-based company that has recently expanded into Australia. With a state-of-the-art office and warehouse facility in Dandenong, this company has quickly gained traction, building strong relationships with clients across the country.

They are now seeking a National Sales Manager to lead client engagement, grow the national customer base, and drive long-term sales success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and growing existing client relationships – from small operators to major national organisations
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities, introducing the company’s offering and long-term vision to new customers
• Working to achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the company’s broader growth strategy
• Regular interstate and occasional international travel to connect with clients and internal teams (travel includes Tasmania, Brisbane, Sydney, South Australia, Perth, and New Zealand)
• Preparing monthly sales reports and performance insights to inform ongoing sales and business decisions

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong track record in national sales, with proven experience managing a territory and growing market share
• A technically minded approach, with the ability to understand and communicate product specifications and applications
• Confidence in dealing with a wide range of customers and stakeholders, from one-person operations to multinational businesses
• The ability to work autonomously, manage your own schedule, and represent the brand with professionalism and purpose
• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or construction-related sectors will be highly regarded
