What You'll Do:

Actively generate and convert leads for mortgage lending and investment products

Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources

Understand client needs and provide tailored lending solutions

Collaborate with our loan processing and product teams to ensure smooth settlements

Stay updated on market trends, lending products, and competitor offerings

Contribute to marketing and outreach campaigns when required

About You:

Previous experience in lending, mortgage broking, or sales preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive

Fluent in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a strong advantage

Knowledge of the Australian real estate or lending market is a plus

Valid work rights in Australia
