We’re growing—and we’re looking for a relationship-driven Accounts Executive / Business Development Manager to help us take things to the next level.

What you’ll be doing:

Building strong, long-lasting relationships with property developers, real estate agents, architects and lifestyle brands

Reaching out to new potential clients and turning opportunities into partnerships

Managing inbound leads and working alongside our creative team to craft irresistible proposals

Representing FOCL at meetings, events, and presentations

Contributing to our growth strategy and identifying new sectors to expand into

Who you are:

You’ve got experience in business development or account management, ideally within a creative, marketing or property-related industry

You understand what makes developers, agents, and architects tick—and how to show them value

You’re naturally proactive, with great energy and a talent for building rapport

You’re confident writing and speaking with clients, and you know how to turn ideas into outcomes

You’re organised, enthusiastic, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
