Your day-to-day will include:

• Ensuring the office is tidy and client-ready each morning
• Managing incoming calls with professionalism and care – handling hold times and call transfers with empathy and clarity
• Taking detailed messages, passing them on accurately to the relevant team member
• Assisting with the preparation and sending of daily contract correspondence
• Managing filing and administrative upkeep with attention to detail
