About the role

Frederiks Accountants' is seeking an experienced and dedicated Client Services Officer to join our team in our Cleveland office. This full-time position (part-time optional for the right candidate) is responsible for providing exceptional administrative and client support to our accounting firm, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming and assisting clients, both in person and on the phone, with professionalism and a friendly demeanour

Managing front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and maintaining a tidy reception area

Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks

Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events

Assisting with the processing of client information and documentation

Contributing to the overall efficient operation of the office

What we're looking for

Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, ideally within an accounting or professional services environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
