About the Role:
As our Front of House Receptionist, you will be the face of Motor Hospital. This role is perfect for someone who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a warm and welcoming attitude. You will be responsible for:
Customer Service: Greeting customers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing friendly and professional support.
Quoting and Invoicing: Preparing accurate quotes for services, converting quotes into work orders, and processing payments.
Scheduling and Coordination: Managing bookings, liaising with technicians, and ensuring efficient workflow in the workshop.
Supplier Management: Communicating with suppliers to order parts and track deliveries.
Upselling and Customer Retention: Identifying additional services customers may benefit from and guiding them towards solutions.
General Administration: Maintaining a clean and organised front office, handling incoming calls, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
About You:
We are looking for a proactive and personable individual who is ready to take ownership of this role. The ideal candidate will have:
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
Experience in a customer service or front office role (automotive industry experience is a plus but not essential).
Basic understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs (training can be provided).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
Experience with basic computer systems (quoting, invoicing, and email management).
