About the Role
We are a boutique financial planning firm, we are growing and seeking a Receptionist/Client Services Officer to join our team for an immediate start and help us look after our lovely clients!
In this role, you will:
Perform reception duties, including greeting clients and answering incoming calls
Book client meetings and diary management
Assist with the preparation of documents for client meetings
Liaise with third parties, including assisting with product research
Data entry, including setting up and maintaining client records
Process and submit documents after client meetings
Provide general administration support to the team
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has:
Strong client service focus and friendly demeanour
Positive attitude
Excellent organisational skills
An ability to work independently as well as within a team
We are looking for someone to start immediately to fill out our team in our Greenslopes office and provide excellent service to our clients.
Salary is competitive, commensurate with your skills and experience.
Experience in the industry is not required, but previous administration or reception experience is highly advantageous and preferred.
The role has the potential for career progression into the financial planning or administrative careers. We value our staff and want them to progress and succeed in life. The role is available because our current Client Services Officer has quickly progressed into further roles within our business.
