About the Role:

  • Permanent full-time | Monday to Friday | 9am-5pm
  • Office-based - no WFH
  • $80,000 per annum + super (negotiable for the right candidate)
  • Located in a premium Brisbane CBD office building
  • Be the face of the organisation and the go-to for all things admin!

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and set up for boardroom functions
  • Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Scan invoices and support basic accounts admin
  • Organise travel and hotel accommodation for visiting staff
  • Assist with office housekeeping, kitchen supplies, stationery and more
  • Support with client gifts and office events (especially at Christmas!)
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth daily operations

    What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a similar office coordinator, receptionist, or admin-based role
  • High-level skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Friendly, mature, and respectful approach - especially important when working within a business that follows traditional Japanese corporate customs
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new systems - familiarity with TechnologyOne highly regarded, but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Someone who takes pride in maintaining a polished and welcoming front-of-house presence
