We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Receptionist / Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established, reputable agency known for its supportive team culture, professional excellence, and first-class working environment.

Our ideal candidate must be able to:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner

Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence

Provide administrative support to the sales team

Prepare and process listing agreements, sales contracts, and other relevant documentation

Coordinate and manage property listings, including uploading to online portals, preparing marketing materials and maintaining accurate marketing campaign records

Liaise with agents, solicitors and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely sales progression

Maintain accurate records of listings and data entry in the CRM system

Assisting with marketing campaigns and events

Manage office supplies, handle front desk responsibilities and maintain a presentable reception area

Provide backup support in the management of trust accounts

Experience is preferred but not absolutely necessary for the right candidate. You will however need a current Queensland Real Estate Certificate from the Office of Fair Trading.
