Key accountabilities for the right candidate...

Resolving customer queries and providing one-on-one support via email and phone Supporting best practice and compliance to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Liaising with multiple depots, internal teams, and customers to ensure all queries are responded to and resolved in a professional and timely manner

Handling inbound customer calls & emails ensuring customer service objectives are achieved

Making outbound customers calls / emails to organize, book and confirm logistics movements

Work across multiple systems to find tailored solutions for our customers and stakeholders

In addition to the above, having the below would be advantageous.

Advanced Excel and MS Office skills

1 years or more experience in a similar role

Strong communication skills

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
