About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Coordinator & Client Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Collingwood. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day operations and production processes of our growing fashion and textile office.
This dual-role position supports both the Production and Sales departments. As a Production Coordinator, you’ll help bring each collection to life through structured processes, accurate data, and collaborative teamwork. The Client Coordinator aspect of the role is fast-paced and requires exceptional attention to detail, along with strong proficiency in Excel, B2B platforms, and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Production Responsibilities
· Assist with planning and tracking production schedules and timelines
· Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure a smooth workflow
· Monitor quality control and perform inspections on incoming samples and stock
· Coordinate delivery logistics, book freight, and track shipments
· Maintain accurate records of inventory, materials, and orders
· Support costing and budgeting for product runs
The Client Coordinator Responsibilities
· Process sales orders, order confirmations, and invoices
· Work with major customers on delivery schedules
· Coordinate tasks related to distribution partnerships, including order confirmations, SKU files, pricing updates, and invoices
· Process and coordinate return authorisations within defined parameters and timeframes
· Allocate and reconcile sample ranges for the Sales Team on a regular basis
· Liaise with the warehouse to ensure sales orders are accurate and dispatched on time
· Manage customer enquiries and support the Sales and Operations teams with client communication
· Perform general administrative duties as required
Required Skills & Experience
· 1–2 years of experience in fashion, textiles, product design, or a related field (internship experience welcome)
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
· Basic understanding of production timelines and garment construction (preferred)
· Strong computer literacy, with advanced skills in Excel
· Experience with Cin7 or other inventory management software is highly regarded
· Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid interpersonal skills
· A committed work ethic, integrity, and a team-first attitude
