THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Customer Service Operations Lead, the Customer Service & Order Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Managing customer orders from placement through to delivery by liaising closely with outbound distribution teams and internal sales teams to ensure DIFOT targets on a national scale.
• Handling stock/inventory transfers, modifications, pricing and freight arrangements
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Processing returns and credits within company guidelines
• Maintaining accurate customer records in the ERP system
• Supporting marketing campaign rollouts when required

ABOUT YOU:
You will be a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional with:

• Prior experience operating within a customer service or logistics/distribution related environment requiring high level communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving and prioritisation abilities
• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with a Sales/ERP/CRM system
