$65k–$70k FTE (pro-rata for part-time) e.g. $39k–$42k for 3 full days/week

Real Response is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support the delivery of our training programs by managing and preparing equipment, coordinating logistical needs across Australia, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our team. The ideal person is organised, tech-savvy, physically capable, and comfortable working independently while staying connected to a broader, purpose-driven team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our training runs smoothly and our team is always prepared. Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing, checking and packing training equipment for courses
• Managing storage spaces and maintaining equipment condition and cleanliness
• Booking couriers and handling deliveries/returns (e.g. AusPost, FedEx)
• Supporting our trainers with interstate travel and course logistics
• Monitoring inventory levels, consumables, and ordering stock as needed
• Reporting faults and arranging repairs or replacements
• Helping maintain digital records and assisting with general logistics admin
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
• Are organised, reliable, and enjoy supporting others behind the scenes
• Have solid digital skills (G Suite, HubSpot, inventory systems)
• Are physically capable (e.g. lifting up to 20kg, loading/unloading vehicles)
• Enjoy working independently but also thrive as part of a team
• Are proactive, resourceful, and good at solving problems
• Have a full driver’s licence (preferred but not essential)
• Are detail-oriented—show us by selecting only “Publisher” when asked about your Microsoft Office experience in the application process
