WAREHOUSE MANAGER - WINDOW FABRICATION

SEEKING;

We are seeking an experienced window fabricator (AWS Experienced) with leadership capabilities to fulfill our Warehouse Manager position

Key Responsibilities;

Oversee production, ensuring jobs are produced to a high standard, and within the scheduled parameters following a production schedule, fabrication reports and workshop manuals

Schedule work utilizing production scheduling software, along with ordering in job-lot materials for just in time manufacturing

Train and Mentor production employees, as well as schedule their working hours, overtime, and leave.

Create, implement and carry out processes & procedures

Assist in creating and maintaining a safe work culture and workplace
