About the Role

Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Warehouse Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our industry leading team.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all warehouse loading and unloading activities to ensure maximum productivity and alignment with customer expectations.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned warehouse tasks and processes.

Implement and maintain an effective traffic management plan, ensuring clear communication across relevant departments.

Prepare and deliver daily reports on warehouse activity and productivity to senior management.

Conduct monthly compliance audits to ensure adherence to depot and warehouse standards.

Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.

Success Factors:

Engaging and collaborative leadership style; you will lead our warehouse team to deliver first class customer service and be highly motivated to achieve our profitability and efficiency targets.

Outstanding time management and organisational skills - demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet delivery deadlines.

Current forklift licence (essential), hands-on experience operating both conventional and reach forklifts.

Advanced communication skills, able to engage with key stakeholders across all business functions including sales, administration and operations.

Customer service orientation, problem solving skills and drive to go above and beyond to deliver client outcomes.
