As part of our growth we are looking for awesome Procurement Coordinator with experience in:

Support in the development of our Service Delivery Partner Panels

Undertake market research to locate suitable Service Delivery Partners to participate in upcoming tenders

Develop pricing packs and evaluation tools to assess and analyse tender responses

Manage our online tendering platform including developing customised RFTs for each Client opportunity

Strong data analytical skills to inform evidence based decision making

Ability to review RFT responses and develop clarifications including both financial and non-financial back to potential Service Delivery Partners

Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best value for money

Making recommendations to the Commercial Team

Keeping sound records of all engagements

Working within our corporate and operational teams, the roles would work on the upcoming tenders and the subsequent delivery team as well as supporting our large asset owner clients in an advisory consulting team.

The roles will be responsible in enabling our clients to challenge the status quo and deliver significantly improved services ultimately leading to a better and more sustainable outcome.

This is an office based role in Melbourne CBD.

Ideally you will have

Extensive experience in a similar role within the facilities management and construction industry

Hands on experience gained within a contractor environment in similar industries

Exceptional negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills

Bid Management experience with the ability to prepare tenders for market including full compliance of tender documentation with client requirements

A strong financial and commercial acumen is also a must, and will assist you in the accurate preparation of cost plans, pricing returnable and undertake financial VFM analysis and produce robust evidence based recommendations

Ability to develop and deliver clear and concise reporting to the Sustain Group Executive Team

Ability to develop strong relationships with Service Delivery Partners.

Advanced computer literacy including Excel and Word

Ability to assess large quantum’s of data

Ability to collaborate as part of a high-performing team

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy of work

Possess a strong work ethic, good organisational skills and can meet strict deadlines
