What You'll Do:
Assist customers with how to use their new products & help them get the most out of the many features and benefits!
Interact with customers, provide aftersales care and follow up – giving them a world class experience.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, internal processes and take initiative in problem-solving.
Organise transportation for products, track and keep the customers informed along the way.
Work with team members and leaders to enhance operational efficiency.
Contribute to our welcoming & fun team culture by participating in regular team activities.
