Duties:

• Processes Investigate, and evaluate inefficiencies and system functionality

• Ability to interact professionally with other team members, and customers

• Investigation of systems resource usage in various environments using performance testing and tuning methodologies

• Apply audit and forecasting methodologies to the analysis to ensure minimal impact on business operations

• Analyze, assess and discuss new functionalities, enhancements and change requests with the client and our development team

• Communicate with the development team to discuss solutions on identified problems

Skills required:

Proficiency with computer applications

Be able to identify, and analyze business

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Good time management skills for the coordination of multiple tasks

Strong communication skills Demonstrated experience in analysis and design of large-scale complex ICT systems

Demonstrated proven experience as a Systems Analyst

Ability to work under pressure and manage several concurrent tasks

Qualifications and 1 year or more experience in the same or closely related role is a minimum
