About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our HR systems and data processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and experience working with HR platforms—ideally Workday. You’ll play a key part in reviewing, cleansing, and preparing data for system updates, migrations, or audits, while also supporting testing activities to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.

This is a 4 month Contract opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed data reviews and cleansing activities across HR datasets.

Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure accurate and consistent data across systems.

Support data preparation for system changes, upgrades, or migrations.

Facilitate and document user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validations.

Provide insights and reports using Excel, pivot tables, and data models.

Assist in identifying and resolving data integrity or alignment issues.

What You Bring

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas, data validation).

Experience working with HR systems—Workday experience highly regarded.

Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of data quality and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across HR and technical teams.

Solid understanding of data cleansing, migration, and testing concepts.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Bonus Points For

Experience supporting HRIS or ERP implementations or upgrades.

Familiarity with data privacy and handling sensitive employee information.

Exposure to test planning, defect tracking, and results analysis.
