About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about streamlining processes, enhancing systems, and supporting the delivery of operational excellence across departments.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Evaluate and analyse current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of internal systems, including Framework, Databuild, Onsite Companion, and Client Manager.
Facilitate the ongoing development and rollout of systems such as Therefore, EzeScan, and Keystone, supporting business digitisation initiatives.
Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process maps, functional specifications, user stories, and SOPs.
Liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and gather feedback for continuous system improvement.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful system adoption across teams.
Assist with change management processes including stakeholder communication and training.
Monitor and report on project progress, performance, risks, and opportunities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role, preferably in the construction or property sector.
Proven experience in business process analysis, systems implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear requirements.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, project management platforms, and business analysis software.
Familiarity with systems like Databuild, Onsite Companion, or similar construction/operations software is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
A proactive and solutions-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
