Admin / Customer Success Manager (Part-Time, 4 Hours Per Day)
Location: Southport | Flexible Shifts | $35/hr
Lamora Energy is on a mission to be the most loved solar company in Australia — and we’re looking for someone with care, initiative and consistency to help us stay connected to our customers after the sale.
This role is all about taking ownership of the customer journey post-sale — making sure they feel looked after, supported, and everything runs smoothly up until install day.
🌞 What You’ll Be Doing:
Day-after-sale check-ins: Call each customer the day after they’ve signed up. Introduce yourself, build trust, and let them know you’re now their go-to person.
Own the file: Track their job all the way to install — handle questions, chase documents from sales reps, and make sure no loose ends are left hanging.
Follow-up on finance: Light admin follow-up with our financiers/customers if finance is delayed or stalled.
Weekly production checks: Pull solar production data from customer apps, drop it into our spreadsheet — this powers automated reports and refunds where needed.
Answer inbound calls: Assist existing customers with updates, support and occasional troubleshooting (we’ll train you).
Fillers when quiet: Upload blog articles, Facebook posts or light admin tasks. Never a dull moment, but never overloaded either.
📋 What We’re Looking For:
A natural communicator — warm, clear and confident on the phone.
Organised and persistent — you’ll follow through until the job is done.
Tech-savvy enough to jump between apps, sheets and CRMs.
Someone who actually cares about customer experience.
Comfortable working solo, but you’ll always be supported by the broader Lamora crew.
🕐 Hours & Flexibility:
Only 4 hours per day (outside of breaks).
Work around your schedule — as long as you get your hours done and customers are looked after, we’re flexible.
