We are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support the Territory Manager and Sales Team. Responsibilities include managing CRM systems, coordinating meetings, organising event logistics, and assisting with customer/account management. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft 365, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Description

Greet and assist visitors at the local office and manage reception duties.

Provide admin support to the Territory Manager, Sales Team, and Business Units.

Manage OneNote and Microsoft Teams for meetings and communication.

Support the GSM team with Microsoft 365 tools (Dynamics, OneNote, Teams).

Maintain and cleanse CRM databases (SAP/Dynamics) and dashboards.

Assist with lead qualification, pipeline management, and marketing research.

Coordinate demos, events, and freight logistics.

Manage customer service mailbox and account creation.

Support office inventory, vendor coordination, invoicing, and compliance tasks.

Assist with travel, onboarding, WHS duties, and ensure policy compliance.
