We have full and part time positions to provide exceptional customer service via reception, sales and admin assistant duties to our clients, and our sales/admin & project team.

Showing initiative in an assistance role, you'll be relied upon by many facets of the business. Being organised and showing willingness to excel will open up further role progression and career pathways for the right applicant.

Your duties will include;

Being great with customers, you would be their first point of call for customers on the phone or in store

Managing inbound/outbound email and directing enquiries

Assisting customers with sales, order communications, and coordinating with the Team through after-sales process.

Data and inventory entry, gaining hospitality equipment and wares product knowledge to facilitate customer enquiries and sales.

Processing POS transactions, quotes and orders.

Maintain office supplies, stationary, filing and housekeeping.

Assistance with varied tasks for management, admin sales and project teams

What we are looking for in you;

Ability to fit in with the team while also being able to work autonomously

Ability to adapt and be open to the variance of a fast-paced role

Professionalism, accuracy and reliability

An interest in the hospitality and catering industry

A good fundamental understanding of the Microsoft Office suite is required. A clean valid Australian driver's license is beneficial.
