Now, we’re looking for a Customer Success & Social Media Manager, a key role responsible for client relationships, team operations, and managing social media execution. You’ll ensure our clients achieve their marketing goals while keeping our internal operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Relationship Management – Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Social Media Management – Oversee content strategy execution, scheduling, engagement for clients.
Team & Project Coordination – Work closely with the production team to keep projects on track and aligned with client goals.
Logistics & Operations – Help streamline processes, schedule shoots, and manage day-to-day operations.
Growth & Strategy – Analyse results, improve workflows, and identify opportunities to enhance our client experience.
