As the Lending Manager, you will lead and support a dynamic team of Lending Specialists while also engaging directly with members to build strong, local
relationships and ensure the retention and growth of the business.

What you do?
The successful candidates duties will include but not limited to

• Provide tailored lending solutions across the full lending process
• Oversea aftercare to attract and retain business
• Lead, mentor, and support a dynamic team of Lending Specialists
• Build and nurture strong relationships with local businesses and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with key business objective

Must haves?
The successful candidate will possess

• 4 +years of experience in retail lending
• Certificate IV in Financial Services.

Nice to haves?

• Proficient in computer applications and lending software, with expertise in Ultracs
• Previous management experience within the banking sector
