Position: Strata Manager
Salary: $100,000 + Super + Schedule B's
Location: North West
Requirements/Experience: 2yr+ Strata Management experience
Role: Residential, Commercial, Community & BMC. Approx 800 lots
Perks: Potentially 1 – 2 days WFH after a 6-month evaluation period.

Role 2:
Position: Senior Strata Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 + Super
Location: Inner South
Requirements/Experience: 8yr+ Strata Management experience
Role: Oversee a small strata portfolio of high value clients.


Role 3:
Position: Strata Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + Super + 40% Schedule B's
Location: West
Requirements/Experience: 3yr+ Strata Management experience
Role: 700 lots, 60 schemes,
Perks: 1 day WFH

Role 4:
Position: Strata Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $107,000 + Super + Schedule B's
Location: South
Requirements/Experience: 3yrs+ Strata Management Experience
Description: Manage a portfolio of 62 schemes and 1000 lots, Mixed portfolio (residential, mixed use, factory, commercial with BMCs and CAs)
Perks: 5 days in office, 5 days WFH


Role 5:
Position: Strata Manager
Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 + Super + Schedule B's
Location: South
Requirements/Experience: 4yrs+ Strata Management Experience
Description: Residential portfolio with small schemes, an average of 6-24 lots per building.

Role 6:
Position: Strata Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + Super + Schedule B's
Location: CBD
Requirements/Experience: 3yr+ Strata Management experience
Role: 40 to 45 schemes

Role 7:
Position: Strata Manager
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + Super + Schedule B's
Location: Inner North
Requirements/Experience: 1yr+ Strata Management Experience
Portfolio: 60 small and medium schemes with 830 lots. It comes with a dedicated assistant



Role 8:
Position: Senior Strata Manager
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 + Super + Schedule B's (50%)
Location: Inner North
Requirements/Experience: 3yr+ Strata Management with BMC Experience
Portfolio: Large schemes with BMC



Role 9:
Position: Senior Strata Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + Superannuation + Schedule B's
Location: North West
Requirements/Experience: 3yrs+ Strata Management Experience
Description: Manage 40 schemes and 750 lots



Role 10:
Position: Senior Strata Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Superannuation
Location: South West
Requirements/Experience: 3yrs+ Strata Management Experience
Description: Manage 70 small schemes

Role 11:
Position: Assistant Strata Manager
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation
Location: Inner CBD
Requirements/Experience: 1yrs+ Strata Management Experience
