We’re on the hunt for a motivated and customer-focused Residential Salesperson to join our dynamic team. You’ll be helping homeowners make smart, energy-efficient decisions by quoting and advising on ducted and split system air conditioning, solar power, battery storage, EV chargers, hot water systems, servicing, and other associated products.

About the Role

As a Residential Salesperson, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll listen to their needs, educate them on tailored energy solutions, and provide clear, competitive quotes. Whether it’s improving comfort with ducted air conditioning, reducing power bills with solar + batteries, or preparing for the future with EV charging solutions — you’ll guide homeowners through the process with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with residential clients to assess their needs and recommend the right products.

Provide accurate, timely quotes for:

Ducted and split system air conditioning

Solar power systems and battery storage

EV chargers, hot water systems, and servicing

Other associated energy-efficient products

Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and follow-up.

Stay updated on the latest technologies and rebates in the energy space.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

About You

Previous experience in residential sales (experience with air con, solar, or energy solutions a plus).

Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.

A solutions-focused mindset – you love helping people find the right fit.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple quotes and leads.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented and driven by results.

Full driver’s license required.
