Leading Hand / Foreman - Eastern Suburbs / Inner West Sydney - Progressive architectural builder

You’ll be working with a team that combines traditional building expertise with the latest systems and technology to streamline processes and maintain an exceptional standard of finish on every project.

Responsibilities:

Help manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site along with the Site Manager

50% on tools off tools split with progression off the tools.

Ensure that all work is carried out safely, within budget and to a high standard

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the project runs smoothly

Help manage and coordinate subcontractors

Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that all workers comply with health and safety regulations

Monitor progress

Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience in Leading Hand role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Eagerness to learn and develop

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of construction laws and regulations
