Operations Manager / Site Supervisor – Waterproofing

Lead from the front in a hands-on role with variety, responsibility, and growth. Manage jobs, supervise crews, and work with advanced waterproofing systems including PVC sheet membranes.

At JMB Waterproofing Solutions, we’re known for delivering reliable, high-quality results across both remedial and residential projects. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager / Site Supervisor to play a key role in our success.

This dynamic role involves managing multiple job sites, coordinating teams, ensuring project quality, and representing the business in dealings with clients, engineers, and builders. You'll also be expected to step on the tools when required—especially during complex installations or time-sensitive phases.

You’ll work with a range of advanced waterproofing systems, including PVC sheet membranes, ARDEX Weldtec Systems and more.

We’re seeking someone with strong leadership and technical skills, who’s confident managing people and communicating professionally in both site and client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Operations / Logistics

Schedule and coordinate multiple job sites across metro and regional areas

Allocate daily tasks and ensure crews are fully resourced

Deliver materials and troubleshoot on-site issues as needed

Maintain smooth communication between site and office

Site Supervision / Quality

Oversee work involving sheet membranes (PVC) and other systems

Conduct quality checks and ensure project specs are met

Liaise with engineers, builders, and clients professionally

Enforce safety protocols and compliance

Maintain accurate site records and reporting

Hands-On Support

Assist with installs or complex detailing

Provide on-the-job training and support to crews

Step in on-site during labour shortages or critical phases

About You

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in waterproofing, remedial, or general construction

Familiarity with PVC sheet membrane systems

Confidence in running teams and managing multiple jobs

Strong communication skills and professional presentation

A full driver’s licence

A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to problem-solve in the field
