💼 About the Role:

As one of two Care Managers, you’ll work closely with the Facility Manager and Clinical Care Coordinator to ensure the delivery of exceptional care. You’ll provide guidance, mentorship, and clinical leadership to a dedicated care team while upholding the highest standards of aged care.

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in a Care Manager or equivalent leadership role within residential aged care
