The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their dynamic Property Management team. In this role, you will be entrusted with managing a comprehensive portfolio, ensuring unparalleled service for both landlords and tenants. This full-time position offers a flexible work environment within a supportive and professional team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct routine property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords.
• Collaborate with the Leasing team in marketing and leasing properties, coordinating viewings, and managing the tenant application process.
• Ensure all properties comply with industry regulations and legislation.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase rental yields for landlords.
• Contribute to team and company-wide strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare and attend NCAT hearings on behalf of landlords.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior property management role.
• Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders.
• Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in real estate software and technology.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Current Real Estate Licence and Driver’s License.
