You’ve sold technical gear before—valves, pumps, flow meters, or filtration systems—and you know what it takes to get these complex products in front of the right people. Now, this is your shot to represent one of Australia’s most agile dosing system providers – a team that punches well above its weight, and is winning serious ground in water treatment, construction, and civil.
This company engineers and delivers chemical dosing pumps, systems, and control modules to industries that run on precision:
Civil & Infrastructure: for groundwater remediation, concrete additives, dust suppression
Water Treatment: local councils, utilities, and mining operations
Construction: mobile and skid-based dosing systems for major projects
Every system is built-to-order. No cookie-cutter sell here. It’s for reps who like solutions sales, who can walk the floor with a plant manager or contractor and speak their language.
You’ll own a sales patch in NSW, managing leads, quoting, and presenting to engineers and procurement teams.
Your day-to-day will include:
Identifying and qualifying leads through a mix of inbound interest, cold outreach, and industry networking
Preparing and delivering tailored proposals and presentations that clearly demonstrate value
Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and project close
Collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications and timelines
Winning new projects and growing existing accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships

Salary Expectations: $100k - $120k + Super + Company Car
You don’t need to know chemical dosing pumps. You do need to know how to sell technical products with moving parts – maybe you’ve sold:
Valves, compressors, flow control
Filtration, dosing, treatment gear
Pumps (diaphragm, peristaltic, etc.)
Or maybe you’ve just got the right DNA: technical curiosity, credibility on-site or in-plant, and the ability to quote and close.
