The Opportunity
This role is all about new business acquisition. As an individual contributor, you'll take the lead in identifying and closing high-value opportunities across our core service offerings—technology, telecom, and managed services. You’ll drive direct sales and help us build scalable growth processes, including developing indirect sales channels through partnerships and alliances.
Your Mission
Hunt and close new business opportunities across SMB and mid-market sectors
Create and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy to accelerate growth
Build strong, lasting relationships with business decision-makers
Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and referral networks
Lead outbound sales efforts and leverage inbound interest
Position Bellmax as a trusted advisor in IT, telecom, and smart tech
Collaborate with technical teams to scope tailored solutions for each client
Drive marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and awareness
What You Bring
3+ years of proven success in B2B sales (MSP, Telecom, IT, or SaaS preferred)
A hunter mentality—you love the chase and thrive on new wins
Experience selling technology, software, or communications services
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, VoIP, internet services, and cloud
The ability to build and scale indirect sales channels and partnerships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a business
High integrity, loyalty, and a team-first attitude
