Job Description - Spirits Sales Specialist

White Light Vodka, Triple G Gin & Luna Hueca Tequila are looking for a switched on and active sales person who knows their way around spirts to represent our growing range across key Off-Prem stores here in Melbourne.

The Spirits Sales Specialist will establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned stores, helping convert staff and consumers to our products. Through conversations and tastings, the Spirits Sales Specialist will work to grow sales and awareness of our range.

About you

You have worked in some form of sales role, or have the passion to sell, wanting more exposure and the chance to grow with a company. You have the gift of the gab; but are a good listener, and can speak to anyone, read situations and approach people in varying ways (the key foundations of a great sales person).

Must be over 18 years of age, have an up to date RSA, a current full driver's license.

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation of sales prices, discounts and percentages

Have worked with KPIs to achieve growth and sales targets
