Lead or assist with staff engagement programs, wellbeing initiatives, and staff retention strategies.
Draft, update, and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and procedures in collaboration with the Executive Team.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data for management and audits.
Foster a supportive, positive, and inclusive culture that reflects Ario Care Group values.
Support general HR queries, provide first-line support to staff, and ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
