Join our team and play a vital role in supporting the functions that help our workforce thrive.
We are currently seeking a proactive Human Resources Support Officer to provide efficient and accurate administrative support across key branches within our team, including Human Resources and Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate appointments, meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
Assist in the delivery and evaluation of staff learning programs and the implementation of the annual corporate training plan.
Administer the organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate capture of training data and records.
Support the facilitation and administration of internal training programs.
Provide general administrative support including document scanning, data entry, electronic filing, and responding to enquiries.
Maintain and update databases related to personnel, training, risk, and OHS.
Assist with records management and customer request systems used within the HR Unit.
Contribute to effective internal communication and collaborative team operations.
About You:
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
Confident using digital systems such as Learning Management Systems and electronic records platforms.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.
Experience working in a similar role in HR, training, or organisational development (desirable but not essential).

The Benefits
This is a permanent full-time position, with a starting salary range of $68,538 per annum + superannuation.
