Human Resources Coordinator – Build the Future of People & Culture

Your Role: You’ll work directly with the leadership team and wider business to roll out key HR initiatives and processes. This is a diverse, generalist role, where no two days will look the same — perfect for someone looking to leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation of a new HRIS to streamline and modernise internal processes
• Coordinate and execute employment agreements and onboarding documentation
• Design and roll out a graduate program to attract and develop emerging talent
• Review and update position descriptions, roles and responsibilities, and competency frameworks
• Assist in the development of Learning & Development strategies and training pathways

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Employment Law, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture role
• Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and employment compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to a growing team
